How this is measured

  • Head-to-head prices only, on two-way games (NBA, WNBA, NBL, AFLW, NRL, MLB, NFL, NHL) starting in roughly the next two weeks.
  • For each game a bookmaker prices, its margin is 1 ÷ home price + 1 ÷ away price − 1. The table averages that over every game the bookmaker prices.
  • Bookmakers pricing fewer than 10 of these games are left out. Many Australian brands run on a shared platform, so several can share the same prices.
  • Only bookmakers licensed for Australians are ranked. Sharp offshore reference prices are not.
  • Bookmakers price different sports, so compare the games-priced column too: a book that only prices one league is measured on that league.

Every game's full price table is on the odds comparison pages. The vig calculator works out the margin on any market you paste in. The same prices, every book and every game, come as JSON from the HaterPicks odds API, with a free key for game lines.
