How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Profile in the app and tap "Manage subscription", or email us at contact@haterpicks.app and we'll cancel it for you.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. This is permanent and removes all your data including tracked bets and preferences.

Push notifications aren't working

Check Settings → Notifications on your device and make sure haterpicks.app is allowed. Then go to Profile in the app and verify notifications are enabled.

How are picks generated?

Our projection engines analyse player performance data, recent form, matchup context, and bookmaker odds to identify value bets. Picks are reviewed and approved by our team before publishing.

What sports do you cover?

We currently cover NBA, AFL, NRL, WNBA, horse racing, and golf. More sports are added regularly.

Is this a gambling app?

No. HaterPicks is a sports analytics and information service. We provide tips, projections, and odds comparisons. No real-money wagering occurs within the app. External bookmaker links open in your device's browser.
